Christchurch International Airport is in the midst of fortifying their people strategy. Internally they are looking into aligning people, systems, strategy, customers and culture. As a result they are looking into products that fuel this and exploring on-boarding, reporting, technology infrastructure and well-being strategies to ensure they can deliver a holistic approach to the strategic roll-out.
In this session, Caroline will explore:
- Developing and embedding the culture and engagement framework for the business
- Achieving a collaborative approach to understanding and driving engagement
